Simon like the rest of the Lewis real estate consultants does not rely on luck to achieve the highest price. Simon utilises he’s energy and superior negotiating skills to attract the best result. In my case a record price in record time…legend.

Professional and outstanding service. The sale of our property was headed by Simon Muller. He got us the price we wanted and the result that other real estate agency firms could not achieve (price). Simon’s positive outlook and can do attitude meant we were able to get the price we wanted in a short space of time. He’s prompted response to our phone calls and that of buyer’s enquires is truly impressive. Simon promised that he would only bring through serious buyers who could afford the asking price., and this is what he did. Simon and the team only took through 3 buyers before it sold. We were relieved that hoards of people did not inspect out property for the very reason of inconvenience. I can’t thank Andy and the team at Lewis Coburg enough. Unlike the other agents I saw, Andy gave me good reasons to increase my price expectations – and he was right.

In this climate of uncertainty I was also wary of paying for advertising and then have an auction pass in leaving me with all the expenses and no result; or worse, being pressured to sell below reserve to cover auction costs. This actually happened to a work colleague with a major agency just after I sold.

Lewis often uses what they call the silent auction process. They cover all the advertising and costs and only take a % after the property is sold. They market to their contacts and other interested parties with the aim of quality over frequency in terms of property inspections. So less people view the property but those who do are more likely to buy. There are no open days per sae.

Each buyer then places their highest bid and signs a contract. This bid is sealed and no further bids are accepted from that buyer. This encourages each bidder to put their maximum and it works. The “auction” is ended after a few days.

About 9 people were interested and only one made a bid but I got the maximum in my expected range plus change. Thanks guys!

In an era where many people choose to take the rental of property into their own hands, it was a welcome relief to hand over the responsibility of renting out our home for nine months to the capable staff at Lewis Realty in Coburg, Melbourne. From the moment we made the decision to rent out our property, we were able to focus our energy on the impending move and leave all of the administration to the team at Lewis. Every aspect of the service was impeccable: timely response to emails, excellent record keeping of rental deposits, respectful communication between tenants and landlord and above all, vigilance and care for the property. We first rented from Lewis in 2003, so have more than 15 years now of dealings with Anthony and the team. As a matter of principle I would only continue to deal with this agency because of the trust I have in their integrity and capability.

On a personal note Nicholas, I would like to thank you for your assistance last year when I was looking for a place. Twice now we have crossed paths with me as the tenant and both times you have been faultless in your professional assistance .. something I truly appreciate after being subjected to the Property Manager of a different company who took over the property when it was sold and taken from Lewis.

Believe all the 5-star reviews, this is the best property management team I’ve ever dealt with in Australia OR the USA. Nicholas and Nicole have gone out of their way to help so many times. They’re great communicators and they follow through with requests. Seriously–if you’re lucky enough to potentially rent with Lewis, don’t let the opportunity pass you by.

Nicole Cali was my agent and she was great. Always got back to me if there were any issues and was helpful in getting maintenance done as required. The agency as a whole were also helpful if there was an issue and Nicole was away. I have rented for a long time and the rental experience can be tough. I wish the owners of where I lived did not decide to move back into the property as I miss renting with Lewis. They are great and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much, Danni

It has always been an absolute pleasure dealing with any staff member from Lewis Realty’s Rental team. In particular, Nicole Cali has been an attentive, helpful and exceptionally friendly property manager when we’ve required any maintenance issues to be attended. Tradespeople have always attended promptly and have similarly, been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I simply cannot find fault with these folks – it’s nice to be respected as a tenant as well, when you take care of a property as if it were your own. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone that asks. 🙂

I rented my apartment in Coburg through Lewis where I stayed for 3 years from January 2014.

They have been very easy to deal with and have been very good with communication. The inspections are organised well in advance and have been quite flexible with the dates and times on them. All repairs were addressed promptly and fixed by very good trades personal.

The people I have been in contact with is Anthony and Nicole who have both been brilliant. Even when I moved out, it was quite a seamless process.

Would quite happily recommend them for any potential tenant or landlord.
