My house was on the market previously with PurpleBrick (very very bad one) and no one came through but with Lewis they will qualified a buyer before bringing them for private inspection. Only serious buyers and we had only 2 where eventually both put in a price for my house. One of them even put higher than the listed price by almost $20K! House was sold in 4 weeks!
