A year ago at its peak l tried to sell my property in Pascoe Vale. I was promised a price at the end of the auction, l was very disappointed and didn’t sell so l gave up and wasn’t interested in selling. I didn’t like and didn’t trust agents any longer because they say one thing and do something else. In other words, whatever suits them they didn’t care about my needs all they say is that they will leave it on the market and see what happens. Meanwhile, l get billed for advertising, auction and other fees l still don’t understand. Fast forward 12 months later a knock at the door from Lewis Reality a gentleman called Alan. He asked me if I am interested in selling I said, l have been burned before I am not interested and besides the market has dropped l can no longer get what l am after. We did not even discuss what price l wanted he said to me give me a week and I will do my very best, me and my team. Than we discussed the fees and charges. He gave me a deal which you rarely hear these days. IF I DONT SELL YOUR PROPERTY WITH A SMILE ON YOUR FACE THE FEES ARE ZERO. So l had nothing to lose. After 4 days he got me a great deal l couldn’t believe it, then just 4 days later he got me a Deal that exceeded my expectations even in this market.
