Fantastic agency! I was recommended to this agency by a real estate expert Mr Neil Jenman and it was worthwhile. My house was on the market previously with PurpleBrick (very very bad one) and no one came through but with Lewis they will qualified a buyer before bringing them for private inspection. Only serious buyers and we had only 2 where eventually both put in a price for my house. One of them even put higher than the listed price by almost $20K! House was sold in 4 weeks! Very happy with Andy Mobilia. Very relaxed with him around. No stress. Talk to them before going to any agents/agencies. They go all around Melbourne. No fees upfront until SOLD. Very hardworking and honest agents from Lewis Real Estate. Highly recommended!
